Mind Training – Cultivating the Heart of Compassion & Wisdom
Lama Chokyi Gyaltsen will give teachings on mind training (Tib. Lojong), which emphasizes the practice of bodhicitta, the awakening mind and the meditation called „Exchanging oneself for others, putting them on the breath.“ (Tib. Tonglen).
Lojong is a profound method of mind training in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition used to cultivate compassion. In addition, we recognize what is unwholesome and what is liberative and become aware of an innate, natural awareness. Further, he will bestow the empowerment and meditative practice of Sarasvati.
A retreat suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
